External Relations
With over 15 years of professional experience and academic background in international relations, human rights, management, and public relations, it is an honor to be part of the Health Diplomacy Alliance as an External Relations Advisor. I have worked for international organizations, including the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations Office at Geneva, Permanent Missions to the United Nations, as well as the private sector and NGOs, where I have acquired a solid understanding of the importance of communications, compliance and cooperation and how the interaction between the public and private sectors can positively drive changes at the international, regional, national and local levels.
Most recently, I served as a Human Rights Officer at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, where I supported intergovernmental sessions. Prior to that, I was a Special Adviser to the President of the UN Human Rights Council, where I coordinated strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for the Council and its subsidiary bodies. I have also completed a Program Manager Professional Certification and a Master's course in Sustainability Studies at the University of Michigan, where I focused on the intersection of human rights, health, and social innovation. I am passionate about advancing the global human rights agenda and fostering dialogue and collaboration among diverse actors and sectors.
I have a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Salvador and the University of Plymouth, a Specialisation in Management Engineering from the National Technological University of Argentina, and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Palermo, graduated Cum Laude.
