About Health Diplomacy Alliance: Health Diplomacy Alliance is a Geneva-based organization dedicated to promoting health diplomacy to position health as a cornerstone of global stability and a catalyst for economic prosperity.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Intern to support the work of our Diplomatic Task Force and contribute to daily operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in diplomacy, international relations, and public health while working remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and analysis related to ongoing areas of work of the DTF on global health issues, diplomatic initiatives, and policy developments.
- Support coordinating diplomatic engagements, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and documenting outcomes.
- Contribute to developing communication materials, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor and report on key events, conferences, and policy discussions relevant to the Alliance’s mission.
- Support the Diplomatic Task Force in administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled or recently graduated in a graduate program in International Relations, Political Science, Public Health, or related areas.
- Strong interest in global health, diplomacy, and international affairs.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in common operation systems such as Microsoft Office, MacOs, and social media platforms, as well as familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Fluency in English; and proficiency in Spanish and/or French is desired.

Duration: Full-time summer internship for three (3) months
Remuneration: Interns will receive a monthly stipend.

Additional Information for Applicants:
- Interns will be responsible for obtaining any necessary visas/ work permits.
- The internship does not guarantee eligibility for employment with Health Diplomacy Alliance following the conclusion of the internship.
- If selected for an internship, candidates will need to provide copies of proof of enrollment in a course of studies or degrees.
- Interns will need to provide a copy of accident and health insurance.
